These terms and conditions apply to purchases of goods on www.dreadheads.dk
All prices are incl. VAT.
The goods are dispatched as soon as possible, any return orders will be processed upon arrival to stock.
Subject to sold goods, price errors, supplier failure, printing errors and VAT and tax changes.
Orders are delivered between 3-7 working day according to shipping method.
Should your package not appear within this time, please contact your post office as we often experience packages returning as they will not be picked up.
ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Choose the items you want to buy and put them in your “Shopping Basket". You can edit the “Basket” right up to the actual purchase, and you can check the content and the price of the goods on a regular basis.
Any additional payments for freight and debit card fees will be calculated in the final step before payments.
When you are ready to order, click on "Shopping Basket” & “Checkout” where you enter your name, address, email, phone number, form of payment and choose delivery form.
You can add more items to the “Shopping Basket” up until you confirm your purchase by clicking the "Approve" button. Where after the order is sent to www.dreadheads.dk
You can pay by credit card, paypal and mobile pay(Only valid in Denmark)
Receipt of order and order confirmation
Once you have ordered an item with us, you will receive a receipt of your order. However, a binding purchase agreement has only been made once you have received an order confirmation from us.
14-day right of withdrawal
When you shop online and at www.dreadheads.dk, you usually have 14 days of cancellation, where you can inform us that you regret the purchase and then return the item to us.
Some items are not covered by the cancellation right, and will be shown in the order process.
The right of cancellation is valid from the day you received the item. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, constitution, Christmas eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline for the following day is extended. In the case of multiple items ordered in one order, but delivered individually or a product delivered in multiple lots, the period runs from receipt of the last item or lot.
After receiving, you must handle the goods in a way so that you can determine the nature, characteristics and the way in which they work.
On some items there is no right of withdrawal or you may lose your right of withdrawal. We will notify you of the order confirmation if there are goods where the cancellation right does not apply, for example, due to the nature of the item or where you can tell your withdrawal right by breaking seals.
In order to make the cancellation right, you must inform us within 14 days of receipt of the item by unambiguous statement.

When returning, please ensure that the goods are properly wrapped. You own the responsibility for the package / goods until we receive it. Therefore, save mail and possibly. track and trace number.
You must pay the cost of returning the item yourself when you regret.
We expect you to ship the goods as soon as possible after you have notified a cancellation, and you must return them within 14 days after you have regretted.
Note! We do not receive packages sent per. COD.
Documentation for your purchase and return form
You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation or other documentation for your purchase.
When we receive back the item, we will check it and you will be refunded the amount you have paid to us at the time of purchase.
The amount will always be transferred to the same payment method with which you paid the purchase. For example, if you have paid with a creditcard, the purchase amount will be returned to the payment card you used to purchase.
You may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part. This happens if the value of the product is impaired because
• You really have taken the product in use,
• it has been damaged while you were responsible for it,
• You have handled the item differently than necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and the way in which they work.
• You have not followed the restrictions on the cancellation right resulting from sealing, item type, etc.
Complaint - If something is wrong with the item
Your purchase covered by the purchase act, including the shortcomings. This means that you can either get a defective item repaired, exchanged, the money back or refusal in the price, depending on the specific situation.
Obviously, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of an incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.
You must contact us within "reasonable time"
You must advertise within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect of the item. We recommend that you advertise as quickly as possible and within 24 months.

When you return the item, please ascertain as much as possible what the problem is.
For legitimate claims, we will refund reasonable shipping costs
If your claim is warranted, we will naturally refund your reasonable shipping costs to ship the item back to us. If not, you will be responsible for all transport costs, including our shipping costs for return of the item after examination, and we may charge you an amount of up to 200.00 DKK for examination of the item.
Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging and receive a receipt for dispatch. You own the responsibility for the package / goods until our receipt. Therefore, save mail receipt incl. information on freight rates and possibly track and trace number.

Sales to NORWAY
We are registered in the VOEC scheme and it means that you pay VAT in Denmark but you are not charged VAT or customs duty in Norway.
For consumers, the scheme means that the VAT is included in the purchase itself. When the goods reach the border, the goods can pass without charge and payment of fees and duties. The simplified scheme facilitates a low fee for consumers on import, and gives consumers an overview of the total price including the fee when shopping with registered providers.

The above data is stored with information about which items you have purchased for 5 years from the end of the fiscal year to which the information relates, cf. section 10 of the Public Administration Act, after which the information is deleted.
If you have created a login to be able to do self-service with us, your personal information and order information will not be deleted unless you ask us.
Information is not disclosed or sold to third parties unless this happens in connection with a restructuring or a full or partial sale of the company. Possible disclosure in such a situation will be in accordance with the personal data law currently in force.
